Meet Oliver Young

mo webMy name is Mr. Oliver Young (aka: Ollie) and I was was born  April 14th 2009 in Copley, Ohio. As a wee pup I had no idea I would get a mom and dad from Painesville, which is an hour away from where I was born, and that they would choose little Ole’  me… but that’s exactly what happened and   now I reside in Painesville. It’s important to be a healthy dog, so I am a client at NORTH RIDGE Vet (I think mom and dad made a good choice). I just love Dr. Pierce, and the staff. I  also get kenneled here when mom and dad  need to go away for a day or two  and cannot take me aboard. Mom and dad  just trust this place so much, they know I am in good hands. I  had a few issues a while back, one being my  cherry eye which was  corrected by Dr. SR. PIERCE, and so far so good with that. And not too long ago I  also I had a leg limp, but that has not came back thanks to my supplement. I know mom and dad  have told so many friends about this place, that a few have now switched to this vet because of their good reviews.I know when mom or dad kennel me here that they are comming back soon to get me. I have grown to love my new friends here. It’s like my little vacation spot!! The staff treat me well and really look after me, especially the time I was very lame and limping they kept a watchful eye on me till mom and dad returned. I know mom and dad felt bad leaving me like that but, I was in good hands!I will continue to come here and mom and dad will continue to bring  my sister and 2 brothers (aka: the cats)… The moral of my story is… this is just a great place, and not to far from home thanks NORTH RIDGE!

Sweet Stewie is Our Pet of the Month

Sweet StewieMeet Stewart, North Ridge Veterinary Hospital’s Pet of the Month! This adorable pomeranian is the fur-baby of Melissa Klawon and family. The have been coming to our hospital for years and it’s always a pleasure to see them. Here’s what Stewart’s mom has to say about him:

“I lovingly refer to him as my fuzzy football.  He loves to be cuddled, and has been cuddled by many a resident at Homestead II Nursing Home and Rehab in Painesville. I adopted him in December 2003 and Dr. Bob said he was about 2 years old.  He’s getting hard of hearing (or perhaps it’s just selective hearing), but we can live with that. He is ALWAYS on crumb patrol.”

We love him too Melissa, so be sure to visit us again real soon!
